Custom Computers???:
If your company does a lot of high end graphics and needs a big graphics card or has some other type of unusual need than it than it might be worth it to have a custom computer built. Otherwise we always recommend that companies buy a factory built computer. Hilltop Dynamics does offer to build a custom computer. We can spec out individual components of a computer and present you with a custom built computer.

The Dell XPS line and Alienware line can provide you with most of the high end features you may require in a desktop.  You may want to start your search for any high end features there.
